At the Law Offices of Robert H. Deaderick, Jr., P.C., we offer a traditional approach to the practice of law, and we are proud of the personalized service and solid, tangible results we obtain for our clients.

Robert Deaderick is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute, receiving a B.S. degree in Chemistry, and Washington and Lee University, School of Law, where he took a J.D. degree. He has been admitted to the bars of Massachusetts, New York and Virginia. Mr. Deaderick has practiced law since 1972, and he formerly served as a Public Defender in Boston and an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York. Mr. Deaderick maintained a private practice in Manhattan until 1990 when he relocated to Fredericksburg, Virginia.

In addition to Mr. Deaderick’s strong legal experience, he has an equally strong military background. Mr. Deaderick held the rank of Captain while serving in the United States Army, Armor (combat branch, active duty) and in the Army Reserves 1968-1972.
